Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup to send your safety shoes back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
